Request For Product Return
- If an item arrived damaged or defective D3FY Sports Inc. will be happy to assist you with the return claim process; but first you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number please complete the RMA Form. Product returns will only be accepted with an RMA number.
- If your package arrived damaged, please inspect all its contents and contact us IMMEDIATELY using the RMA Form. We can assist you with shipping fees within the 15 day DOA period ONLY.
- Our RMA specialist will review your request. If approved you will be emailed an RMA#, and provided further instructions on how to ship your item(s) to D3FY Sports Inc.
- Any items returned without an issued RMA# will be refused or discarded. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs if applicable.
- All return packages will be inspected by authorized technicians who will make all final decisions regarding your case. Any false claims will be handled as fraud.
Request for Repairs
- If you do not have your receipt or have not registered your warranty within the time frame given, you can have your product repaired for a nominal fee.
