Safety Policies

  • Play safely, play responsibly, and always be respectful of others.

  • Any person using or within range of the Paintball marker while in use must wear Eyes/Face/Ear protection designed specifically for the sport and meets ASTM/CE standards.

  • Brandishing is illegal; Paintball markers and airsoft guns should never be taken out in public. A crime committed with a paintball marker or airsoft gun is to be considered as having been committed with a real weapon.

  • Never shoot or point at animals or personnel that is not outfitted with the proper paintball/airsoft Eyes/Face/Ear protection.

  • D3fy Sports is not responsible for any actions or injury committed by or occurring to any individual under any circumstance.  Please carefully read all safety guidelines and always adhere to local laws and field regulations.​

Order Processing & Shipping Policies

  • Our goal is to ship all in stock items within 24 hours.

  • You may experience a longer processing time for orders placed over the weekend or during the holidays.

  • If there are any back order or pre order items, your order may ship in separate packages.

  • In the event an order was partial shipped, the remaining portion will be shipped in a separate package.

  • Once order is placed, you will be charged for the total order amount.

  • Low value packages may be shipped via USPS depending on package content & delivery address (PO Box, Military Address, etc.).

  • Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes & shipping charges.

  • UPS does not guarantee delivery time for Ground Shipping.

  • Weekends and Holidays are NOT business days. UPS does not deliver on weekends & holidays

Order Cancellation Policies

  • All orders are processed daily except weekends and holidays.

  • All sales are final.

  • Please review your order carefully before clicking “confirm order”

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are sent to shipping. We highly recommend that you call us immediately to request any cancellation.

  • Email cancellation requests may take 1-2 business days to respond.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyer assumes 100% ownership of products purchased from D3FY Sports Inc. and related websites.

  • Buyer assumes 100% responsibilities and liabilities from using a products purchased.

  • Buyer agrees not to alter, modify or remove the orange tip on any Airsoft replica.

  • Buyer agrees to wear proper eye safety and ensure that all bystanders have proper eye safety prior to operating an Airsoft replica.

  • Buyer will hold D3FY Sports Inc., its staff, employees, and affiliates harmless of all liabilities and legal matters resulting from the purchase.

  • Buyer is fully responsible for local law and regulations. (observation of country, state and city laws is the sole responsibility of the consumer.)

  • Buyer agrees that all transactions done on online with D3FY Sports are sourced in California, where any future disputes will take place.

Warranty Policies

  • All OEM products sold by D3fy Sports carry ​a ​​1 year warranty​​​​​​​​ from the date of customer (end user) purchase unless otherwise specified.

  • All distribution products sold by D3fy Sports carry a 6 month warranty from the date of customer (end user) purchase unless otherwise specified.

  • Our warranty covers replacement or repair of defective products only, as determined by our technicians or RMA staff.

  • All products must be registered on our warranty database within 30 days of purchase for warranty coverage to be valid.

  • Modifying or altering of original product will void all warranties and could violate state or federal laws.

  • Warranty on internal upgrade / replacement parts is void when item(s) are installed. D3fy Sports will not be responsible for compatibility issues between various manufactures.

  • Warranty is voided when the product is abused, altered, or disassembled in any way, or shows any sign of alteration, or is past the warranty period.

  • Warranty does not cover end user inflicted cosmetic damage.

  • Please research all products before making a purchase, as all sales are final.

  • It is the responsibility of the consumer to register their product on the D3fy Sports warranty database within the allotted time frame and to contact the manufacturer to initiate any warranty claims.

  • D3fy Sports will cover the return shipping to the end user on any merchandise that has been serviced or replaced under the warranty policy; however shipping cost for a warranty item from the end user to D3fy Sports is not covered. All cost with regard to packaging and actual shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any items determined to be defective upon receipt will be considered DOA and will have 15 days from the date of end user purchase to be claimed as such.

  • D3fy Sports will assist with the shipping cost of DOA items if contacted within the 15 day period from the point of end user purchase allowed for such claims; offer valid within the continental US only.

  • There are no additional warranties beyond what is specified.

Request For Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

  • If an item arrived damaged or defective D3fy Sports will be happy to assist you with the claim process; please email with a brief description of your issue along with your product serial number, date of purchase, and personal contact info, and you will be contacted within 24 hours not including weekends and holidays.

  • If your package arrived damaged, please inspect all its contents and contact us IMMEDIATELY. We can assist you with shipping fees within the 15 day DOA period ONLY.

  • Once you are issued an RMA# you will be given further instructions on shipping items to D3fy Sports.

  • Any items returned without an issued RMA# will be refused or discarded. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs if applicable

  • All return packages will be inspected by authorized technicians who will make all final decisions regarding your case. Any false claims will be handled as fraud.


If you do not have your receipt or have not registered your warranty within the time frame given, you can have your product repaired for a nominal fee.
